Our app offers the following subscription plans: • 3-Day Free Trial • 30-Day Plan — $9.99 • 90-Day Plan — $24.99 • 1-Year Plan — $79.99 Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions are one-time purchases (not auto-renewing). All sales are final unless required by applicable law.
Since our plans are one-time purchases (not auto-renewing subscriptions), cancellation is not applicable after purchase. All content within the app — including meal plans, workout plans, coaching content, graphics, and text — is owned by You. Only Better. and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, You. Only Better. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any health outcomes from following the wellness plans provided.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
